Retreat Terms and Conditions

​By purchasing a ticket and attending Becoming Sovereign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

Participation in this retreat is completely voluntary. You understand that you are free to participate at your own pace and may choose to opt out of any activity at any time. You agree to listen to your body, honor your limits, and take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being throughout the day.

NATURE OF THE EXPERIENCE

You understand that this retreat may include a range of somatic and spiritual practices that are offered for personal growth, embodiment, and well-being only and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

MEDICAL & MENTAL HEALTH DISCLAIMER

You affirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in this retreat and have consulted a healthcare provider if needed.

You understand that the facilitator(s) and assistants are not medical doctors, psychologists, or licensed therapists, and nothing offered at this retreat should be considered medical or mental health care, diagnosis, or treatment.

BREATHWORK & SOMATIC PRACTICES

You understand that breathwork and somatic practices may involve physical or emotional sensations, including but not limited to emotional release, lightheadedness, tingling, or fatigue.

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to:

• modify or stop participation at any time

• communicate discomfort if needed

• choose what feels safe and appropriate for your body

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You understand that participation in wellness retreats involves inherent risks, including physical, emotional, or energetic responses.

By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with your participation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the retreat facilitator(s), assistants, venue owners, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from or related to your participation in this retreat.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & COMMUNITY AGREEMENT

You understand that you are responsible for your own experience and emotional responses.

You agree to:

• respect your own boundaries and those of others

• honor confidentiality within the group

• participate in a respectful and supportive manner

Sharing is always optional, and no one is required to disclose personal information.

FOOD & ALLERGIES

Meals and snacks will be provided. You are responsible for communicating any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance and for making choices aligned with your personal health needs.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

Photographs or videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional or archival purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, you are responsible for communicating this preference to the facilitator at the event.

NO REFUND POLICY

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of event planning, space rental, food, materials, and staffing, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another woman with advance notice and approval.

AGREEMENT & CONSENT

By registering for and attending Becoming Sovereign, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above and accept full responsibility for your participation and well-being.
